We all have a story, and I started to tell mine in 100 Reasons to Lose 100 Pounds. During my journey, I realized that I needed the support of my community to get through each hurdle, each day, every day during and after my transition into a healthy lifestyle.
Challenges create opportunity to find community, and strength is built from challenges. So, if we are to build strong habits, we must find people who want the same things, and who will share with us as we embark on our goals. Community is a solid foundation from which we build from, and even when we fall, we can always rise up again with the support of the people who believe in us.
It’s a win-win, because we all want the same thing – to be our very best, to give our best, and to receive our best.
We are as strong as those we surround ourselves with!
The Army of 100 was founded with the principles of encouragement, empowerment, and inspiration to help folks establish healthy habits in mind, body, and spirit.
It’s not about being the best. It’s about being our best.
It’s not about being perfect. It’s about accepting ourselves.
It’s my honor to lead such a strong, determined, cooperative group of people, and we are happy to welcome folks who are ready to step up to the next level and take on the challenge to grow toward their highest selves. We are collaborative, cooperative, and want the same things – to reach our goals and to be our very best.
The Army of 100 is accepting Success Story candidates, and you can get started by telling me about yourself right here.
To the very best things, and more!
