Reason #15 – To blow off steam and de-stress

The hardest part about getting into a fitness routine is getting started, whether it’s the first workout or the workout of the day. We have a natural tendency to stress more about something before doing it than we do while actually doing it.
There is a very good explanation for the beard and Christmas hat 😛
I shot this video after I had run The Santa Hustle in Daytona Beach, and the race had nearly 1000 Floridians dressed as Santa, running in mid-December in all our bearded glory 🙂 I took the beard off within the first quarter mile, since it kept getting in my nose and mouth. However, it did look damn cute!
